At Venus Sutra, each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured and made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and freshness for our customers. Because of the personalized and artisanal nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as all products are handcrafted specifically for you.

  • We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to help.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, based on the situation.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
